Cell Ranger R Kit 1.1.0

• Add support for loading data produced by Cell Ranger 1.2.0
• Add Cell Ranger 1.2.0 differential expression algorithm
• Update vignette to use new differential expression algorithm
• Add section to vignette on subsetting matrices
• Add notice to vignette deprecating matrix-combining in R (suggest cellranger aggr instead)
• Improve error messages when files can't be found
