What is Loupe V(D)J Browser?

Introduction

Loupe V(D)J Browser is a desktop application for Windows and macOS that allows the user to analyze, search, and visualize V(D)J sequences and clonotypes from 5' Chromium Single Cell Immune Profiling data.

Loupe is named after a jeweler's loupe meant for inspecting precious gems.

Using Loupe V(D)J Browser, you can quickly:

• Determine the most common paired alpha and beta TCR chains or heavy and light BCR chains in your sample
• Filter clonotypes based on their antigen specificity or UMI count per antigen
• Examine full-length V, D, and J amino acid and nucleotide sequences to detect variants within V(D)J transcripts
• Search for motifs within CDR3 regions
• Compare clonotype frequencies between samples
